Rates
(Or lack of them!)
I do not have set rates because literally every project is unique. It also depends on how in-depth you need a particular service.
General typing rates are $2 for the first 50 and between $1.50 - $1.75 for the remainder of the pages. Any project that has a great deal of pages I usually knock out the $2 for the first 50 and take the cheapest rate for every page.
(The above typing rates are for double spacing only)
Newsletters - one time set up charge of $50 and every month after will be $40
Proofreading - $3 per page - that is with non-technical text only; no images/charts; and double spacing
Editing - depending on edit chosen
Hourly rate is $25 for any projects that are too complex to piece out. Again, these are not set rates - everything is up for discussion. I'm always willing to substantially reduce a fee if the subject matter is of personal interest to me. I've even been known to make payment plans with certain parties - all you have to do is ask!
